not sure what’s going on, the diagnosis is the first way we can
help.
The diagnosis starts with your impression of the problem. After listening
to you, we completely assess the situation, determine the problem, and
provide you with solutions. After the diagnosis is complete, the choice
is yours. We provide the answers and you choose the next
steps.
Virus & Spyware Removal - $39.95
With marketing and advertisements becoming every more prevalent throughout the internet, it has become easier and easier to find viruses, spyware and adware on computers. Some of these can be overwhelming to the computer (and you!). That’s why our virus and spyware removal will remove any and all potential threats to the safety of your surfing, leaving your computer free for you to surf securely again.
Hardware & Driver Installation - $19.95

Purchasing new items for your computer is easy. It’s the next step that can be intimidating. Just bring your hardware in and we will be happy to install it for you. Video cards, motherboards, DVD drives … you name it, we’ll connect it! If your hardware was purchased through OnTech, bring your receipt with you and we’ll install it for free!
Software Installation - $19.95
This is easier than Windows, but still consumes a lot of something most of us have very little of. Time. So if you find life whizzing past you and urgently need some programs installed, call us to take this load off your shoulders.
Operating System (Windows) Install - $49.95
If you’ve purchased your Windows disk, but don’t feel like going through the installation process, the OS install will take care of all of that for you. Not only do we answer every tedious question they can think of, but we will also install the drivers for the rest of the computer too!
Data Backup/Recovery - From $49.95 (Can vary depending on drive volume)
It always makes sense to save your files. However, we don’t always remember to do this crucial action in time. Data Backup provides you with another chance to save crucial files and information from your computer, even if it won’t turn on. OnTech backups are determined by the files you want saved. No matter what situation prompts a security conscious user to request a backup, we will save your data quickly, effectively and in an easy-to-recover format.
Data Transfer/Recovery - From $49.95 (Can vary depending on drive volume)
Did you buy a new computer? Install a new operating system? Upgrade your hard drive? If you want your files moved from one location to another, then the data transfer is what you’re looking for. Data Transfer can take place between hard drives, DVDs, CDs, and USB Flash drives.
Training can cover a wide range of subjects, which are chosen by the student. This can include Computer Basics/IC3 level, Microsoft Office, Computer Peripherals, Presentation Delivery and Certification Preparation. Ask for more details.
